REALTOP CNC cutting machine uses a high-precision digital cutting system. which can realize full size cutting. kiss cutting. slot milling. punching. inkjet. drawing marking and other functions; the tool head has a full range of types: oscillating knife. pneumatic knife. high-power vibrating knife. circular knife . V cutting knife. drag knife. creasing wheel. dotted line knife. punching. brush. etc.; visual positioning includes: small CCD camera mark point positioning. panoramic camera recognition positioning. projection positioning. etc.The machine adopts blade physical cutting. the cutting section is straight and tidy. no burr. no air pollution. no burnt edge. no fluffy. no discoloration. and the cutting speed is 3-5 times faster than the laser cutting machine.The type of cutter can be adjusted to cut in different ways depending on the thickness of the material.
